Financial Assistance - From the CT State Department of Social Services

Economic Security - Electronic Benefits Transfer EBT  The goals of the DSS-EBT project are to: provide a more reliable, stable, and convenient benefit delivery system.

Economic Security - Financial Assistance  The financial assistance programs provide income support to individuals and families to meet their basic needs while encouraging their maximum degree of independence.

Energy Assistance - Crisis Assistance Program  A one-time benefit of up to $710 in winter heating assistance for CEAP deliverable fuel heated households.

Energy Assistance - Safety Net Services Subject to the availability of funds, the state will implement a Safety Net Program to address the heating needs of CEAP deliverable fuel-heated households who have exhausted their Basic Benefits and Crisis Assistance Benefits and are in a life-threatening situation.
