The Boundless Library at this location began in the 2023-2024 school year, with a generous grant from The Hartford. The Boundless Library has a full time youth librarian to assist and teach, students, teachers, and staff, and has a growing collection of materials. Materials include: books, Launchpad learning tablets, STEM kits, DVDs, audio books, SPROUT Learning Backpacks, a Bibliotherapy collection for staff, as well as collection of diverse learning toys. Students, teachers, and school staff visit the Boundless Library during the school day to borrow books and engage in a variety of learning activities. During after school hours, the Librarian and the West Middle School community partners, - The Boys & Grils Club, ConnectiKids, and Big Brothers Big Sisters - utilize the Boundless Library for learning programs and events. The Boundless Library is also a location for West Middle School Family Literacy Events when school is not in session. The American Place (TAP) @ HPL provides appointment only services at this location. For more information about TAP services click here. There are currently no public hours for this Boundless Library location.
