Masterworks Series:

Experience the tradition, the stories and the emotional power of classical music as it was meant to be heard. We invite you to join us for Masterworks. Nine concerts of breathtaking selections from the world’s most inspired composers. Performed with a passion that will stir your soul and bring joy to your heart.

Before the Show:

The Bushnell Performing Arts Center is at 166 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT. Pick up tickets at the Box Office. Arrive at least 1 hour early for parking, ticket pick-up, security, and seating. The lobby opens 2 hours before performances, with a pre-concert talk an hour before Masterworks concerts. The show lasts about 2 hours with a 20-minute intermission. Dress comfortably. Free parking is at 107 Capitol Avenue and 315 Buckingham Street, with valet parking at 10 Clinton Street for $15. Paid parking is at 120 Capitol Avenue. Accessible parking is available in all lots.

At the Theatre:

Bring a smartphone for the digital Playbill, but please remember to silence it. Photos are allowed without flash, but no video or audio recording. Bags are inspected, and metal detectors are used. Drinks and snacks from the bar can be brought to seats, but please finish food in the café area. Accessible restrooms and Assisted Listening Devices are available. Please follow house rules: no talking during the performance, open snacks before the start, and avoid distracting behavior.
