How to Participate

1. Pick up a bookmark activity card from any of our locations

2.  Complete 9 qualifying activities: See right column →

3. Get Your Stamps: For each activity you complete, you get one stamp. Visit any branch location for a stamp. Branch locations and addresses can be found at THIS LINK

4. Submit Your Completed Card: When you complete 9 activities, sign your name/add your phone number & submit your card to any branch by Monday, August 18th. 

5. Raffle! You will be entered into a raffle for one of three grand prizes: $250, $100, or $50 Visa gift card

Qualifying Activities

• Read a Book or Magazine
• Attend a Library Program
• Explore a historic or cultural site in Hartford
• Try a new recipe
• Watch a movie or TV show or listen to new music
• Attend our summer learning kickoff on June 7th
• Complete a random act of kindness
• Visit a Farmer's Market
• Visit a local small business or try a new restaurant
• Bring a friend to the library
