Hypertension tops the list, followed by diabetes, along with mental disorders like depression and anxiety. Notably, the encounter rates for these issues are disproportionately common in Hartford compared to the rest of the region. Encounter rates for hypertension and diabetes in Hartford are nearly twice as common as for the region overall.
